The weekends are supposed to be a peaceful time of relaxation, sleeping in, revinvigorating for the week ahead. But not in this house. The dogs, who have now taken complete control, prevent anything close to relaxation at all times. To their credit, they are cute, but that just doesn't cut the mustard at 5:00 am on Sunday mornings. They bark to let us know the cat wants to come in. They bark because a spider is climbing on the wall. They bark at each other in a canine conversation. They bark to see if we will get up and play. (We won't!) They bark at the poor paper woman who thinks they are going to attack her. They bark at the wind. They are barking right now. If anyone has any suggestions short of canine homicide, please share. These dogs are on VERY thin ice. MICRO-thin.
