. We have a squirrel in the attic who seems to know EXACTLY which room we sleep in. Do any of you have a gun we can borrow?

Are you sure it's a squirrel? It could be a rat. I knew someone once who had rats in his attic. It was awful - the exterminator came, went up, came down, and said 'no way!' and left! They had to get a different exterminator. And they died, the smell was really bad. Or it could be a mouse. Mice make a lot of noise in the ceiling, their little scratchings and stuff. (At our other house, I could hear them sometimes in the ceiling above the bathroom). Have you actually seen the squirrel? If not, it could be a number of things. Set up a videocamera up there! See what it records. Or just throw a box of rat poison up there. Unless it's a neighbor's cat, that would be bad. Yeah, find out first. :) Hope you guys are doing great!!
