THE Party!

As promised, I've put up some pictures from this year's Halloween Party. We had quite a few people come, and we partied through the wee hours of the morning. Our next door neighbors had their Halloween party as well, and there was quite a bit of party hopping going on. It was probably one of our best parties...

Tomorrow will be our first quiet Halloween since we've gotten married. We're just having a quiet night with the trick-or-treaters, and will be turning off the porch lights at 8:00 pm so that we are NOT disturbed during "Surface."

Let me also add that if Carol is reading this, I just want you to know that we just bought toilet paper, and have 20 "1000 sheet" rolls...so don't get any ideas...I am a very vengeful man.

This is only the beginning! Our Halloween party is tonight...so many more pictures to come, but we chaperoned the Halloween dance last night at school and had a blast! Posted by Picasa

This dinosaur is in one of the front yards on the way to work. Liz and I pass by it every day, and think it's brilliant! Posted by Picasa

Columbus Day Weekend

We've been keeping pretty busy this weekend...straightening up and getting the pool closed. Because of Rita, we've had quite a bit of rain, and the yard is absolutely soaked. Closing the pool turned into a mudslinging wet clothes contest, but we got it done.

Caitlin brought Siobhan over tonight. (See pictures below) We played and had dinner together. Tomorrow, we're off from school, and I think we are going to just lay around and enjoy the day off.

Also this week, we found out that Chip Buckwell was the Kannapolis City Schools Principal of the Year! (Congratulations! Though, we've known for quite some time that he's the best!)

TTFN...

I hope all of you are well...have a great week!
